Privacy notice

What we collect, and only when you give it

We do not ask you to create an account, and there is nothing to sign up for in order to read this site. We hold personal information only when you send it through one of these forms:

Updates signup

Your email address, and which page you submitted it from. Used to email you about ZENA — new menu items, offers, openings. Nothing else.

Contact form

Your name, email, an optional phone number, and your message. Used to reply to you.

Catering enquiry

Your name, organisation, email, phone, event date, guest count and any details you add. Used to quote for your event.

Job application

Your name, email, phone, availability, anything you write, and your resume if you attach one. Used only to consider you for work at ZENA.

Where it is stored, and who can see it

Everything is stored on infrastructure ZENA controls, in the United States. Resumes are held in private storage that is not readable from the internet — staff open one through a link that expires within minutes, and every time someone opens a resume it is recorded against their name.

Access is limited to ZENA staff who need it for the thing you contacted us about. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

• Job applications and resumes: 12 months from the day you apply, then deleted.
• Updates signups: until you unsubscribe.
• Contact and catering enquiries: as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up, then deleted.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies, and runs no third-party tracking scripts. If we add analytics later we will ask for your consent first and update this notice before doing so.

The map on our location page is served by Google, which may set its own cookies when it loads. Everything the map shows is also written out as text on that page, so you do not need to load it.

Asking us for a copy, or for deletion

Email contact@myzena.com and tell us what you want. You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. For anything about a job application, careers@myzena.com reaches the right people faster.

To stop receiving emails, use the unsubscribe link in any of them, or email us and we will do it for you.

Changes

If we change what we collect or what we do with it, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
